- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol designated federal facilities during overnight hours
- Respond to security alerts and emergencies with protocol-compliant procedures
- Conduct access control screenings and document all visitor activities
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs for federal compliance
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Perform routine equipment checks and facility security assessments
- Train junior security staff on federal security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in surveillance systems and security software
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Ability to pass federal background check and physical fitness assessment
