Responsibilities
- Conduct perimeter patrols and access control for secure federal facilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts during overnight hours
- Enforce federal regulations and base security protocols with professionalism
- Document security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during emergency situations
- Conduct security screenings and verify credentials for personnel/visitors
- Maintain communication with shift supervisors and emergency response teams
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years security/law enforcement experience or equivalent military service
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work rotating night shifts with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
