Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly perimeter patrols and access control at federal facilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts
- Enforce federal security regulations and visitor screening protocols
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security assessments
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Operate advanced security equipment (X-ray, metal detectors, CCTV)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement mitigation measures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with security technology and surveillance systems
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Pass rigorous background check and drug screening
