Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly patrols and surveillance operations at federal facility perimeter
- Monitor CCTV systems and access control points for security breaches
- Respond to alarms and emergency incidents with rapid tactical coordination
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security enhancements
- Enforce federal security protocols and access regulations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in CCTV systems and access control software
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong written communication skills for report documentation
- Must pass federal background investigation and drug screening
