Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure federal facilities during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Conduct routine patrols and surveillance operations using advanced security systems
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies with federal protocols
- Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during critical events
- Enforce access control procedures for personnel and vehicles
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years experience in security or law enforcement
- Availability for rotating night shifts and weekends
- Proficiency with surveillance technology and access control systems
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
- Strong communication and decision-making skills under pressure
- Basic first aid/CPR certification
