Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly patrols and surveillance of federal facilities using advanced monitoring systems
- Respond to security breaches and emergencies with federal law enforcement protocols
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain classified documentation
- Operate X-ray scanners, metal detectors, and access control systems
- Coordinate with federal agencies during joint security operations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security enhancements
- Train junior personnel on federal security procedures and emergency response
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years experience in security, law enforcement, or related field
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in surveillance technology and access control systems
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and respond to emergencies
- Successful completion of federal background investigation and polygraph
