Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly security patrols and surveillance of federal facilities
- Monitor access control systems and verify credentials for personnel
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies following federal protocols
- Prepare detailed security reports and incident documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical events
- Operate advanced security technology including CCTV and alarm systems
- Conduct threat assessments and implement countermeasures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Washington State Guard Card or equivalent certification
- Proficient with security technology systems (CCTV, access control)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication skills and crisis management abilities
- Pass background investigation and polygraph examination
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and respond to emergencies
