Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (mandatory for consideration)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal security or law enforcement experience
- Proficiency in security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
- Valid driver's license and ability to work rotating shifts
- FEMA certification in Incident Command System (ICS)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
