Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments of federal facilities in Houston
- Implement and monitor access control systems and surveillance protocols
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with federal agencies (FBI, TSA, etc.) on joint security operations
- Develop emergency response plans and conduct security drills
- Ensure compliance with DHS and FISMA security standards
- Maintain security clearance protocols and documentation
Qualifications
- Active U.S. government security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal or corporate security
- Proficiency in security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies
- Strong communication skills and crisis management abilities
