Responsibilities

- Monitor access control systems and verify credentials of personnel/visitors
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement agencies
- Prepare detailed security reports and maintain incident documentation
- Implement emergency response protocols during weekend operations
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and systems
- Collaborate with federal teams to ensure weekend shift coverage compliance
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in surveillance systems and access control technologies
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Completion of federal background investigation and polygraph
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
