Responsibilities
- Monitor federal facility security systems including CCTV, access logs, and alarm systems during weekend shifts
- Conduct physical patrols and access control for classified areas
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for security incidents
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security assessments
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations
- Implement and maintain TSA/FEMA compliance standards
- Train weekend staff on security procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Indiana Security Guard License (SRO)
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Proficient with C-CURE access control systems
- Strong written communication skills for report writing
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
