Responsibilities
- Conduct access control screening and security patrols
- Operate surveillance systems and access control technologiesRespond to security incidents and emergency situations
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Enforce federal security regulations and agency policies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments of facility perimeters
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years security/law enforcement experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Physical fitness for standing/walking 8-hour shifts
- Proficiency in CCTV systems and access control software
- Ability to work independently in high-stress environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
