Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance of federal facilities using advanced monitoring systems
- Enforce security protocols and respond to emergency incidents with precision
- Perform detailed incident reporting and maintain classified documentation
- Collaborate with federal agencies during joint operations and drills
- Conduct routine perimeter checks and access control procedures
- Train junior security personnel on federal compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) certification preferred
- Proficiency in CCTV systems and access control software
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- U.S. citizenship and background investigation clearance
