Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security patrols of federal facilities during weekend shifts
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts in real-time
- Screen visitors and personnel to enforce federal access control protocols
- Coordinate with law enforcement during emergency response situations
- Maintain detailed security logs and incident documentation
- Enforce TSA and DHS regulations at entry points
- Conduct vulnerability assessments during low-traffic periods
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret security clearance
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Proficient in CCTV systems and access control software
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
- Physical fitness for standing patrols and emergency response
