Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 security surveillance and patrols during weekend shifts
- Enforce federal access control policies and credential verification
- Operate advanced security systems including CCTV, biometric scanners, and alarm monitoring
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement agencies
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security enhancements
- Train junior security personnel on federal protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Proficiency in security software (e.g., Genetec, Milestone)
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
