Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols and access control at federal facilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents
- Enforce federal regulations and security protocols
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Operate security equipment (X-ray, metal detectors, CCTV)
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and vehicles
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and surveillance systems
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license
