Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security patrols and access control for federal facilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents 24/7
- Enforce federal security protocols and report suspicious activities
- Operate security equipment including CCTV, metal detectors, and access control systems
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Conduct routine safety inspections of facility perimeters
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficiency in security software and surveillance systems
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Successful completion of federal background investigation
