Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and respond to alerts during weekend shifts
- Conduct regular patrols of federal facilities in the Nashville area
- Operate advanced surveillance technology including CCTV and access control systems
- Coordinate with federal law enforcement during emergency situations
- Maintain detailed security incident reports and compliance documentation
- Train weekend staff on security protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless security coverage
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Proficiency with security technology and surveillance systems
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and crisis management abilities
- Ability to pass federal background investigation and polygraph
