Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance and security patrols of federal facilities during weekend shifts
- Monitor access control systems and screen personnel/visitors using federal protocols
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies per DHS standard operating procedures
- Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports in federal databases
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security improvements
- Participate in mandatory federal training and certification programs
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal mandate)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Successful completion of background investigation and polygraph
- Physical ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and respond to emergencies
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with surveillance systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
