Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security patrols and surveillance of federal facilities
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security alerts in real-time
- Perform access control and credential verification for personnel
- Document security incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency responses
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Maintain strict compliance with federal security protocols (FIPS 201, NISPOM)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Proficiency in security systems (CCTV, access control)
- Ability to work independently during overnight/weekend shifts
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Must pass federal background check and drug screening
- Emergency First Aid/CPR certification preferred
