Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols and access control at federal facilities during weekend shifts
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents per federal protocols
- Perform threat assessments and implement emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
- Operate advanced security equipment including biometric scanners and X-ray machines
- Provide customer service to visitors and staff while enforcing security policies
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Minimum 2 years security/law enforcement experience
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass federal background check
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in security software and surveillance systems
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- U.S. citizenship and clean criminal record
