Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and conduct routine patrols at federal facilities
- Respond to security incidents with de-escalation and emergency protocols
- Verify credentials and screen visitors/access points per federal guidelines
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security assessments
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security enhancements
- Maintain strict compliance with DHS and federal regulations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security/law enforcement experience
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in CCTV systems and access control technology
- Strong conflict resolution and emergency response skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends/holidays and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with FEMA/NIMS protocols preferred
- Pass background investigation and drug screening
