Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough security screenings and access control checks for personnel and visitors during weekend shifts
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts in real-time
- Enforce federal security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Document security incidents and prepare detailed reports for federal compliance
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during joint security operations
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned federal facilities
- Operate advanced security technologies including biometric scanners and CCTV systems
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal law enforcement or security operations
- Proficient in security technologies (CCTV, access control systems)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) with federal holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
