Responsibilities
- Contract Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure strict adherence to federal laws, agency guidelines, and internal compliance standards.
- Daily Pay Processing: Assist in the daily reconciliation of time and attendance records to ensure accurate and timely wage disbursement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on contract performance and resource allocation for senior management.
- Record Keeping: Maintain secure and organized digital and physical records for all federal projects.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, government contracting, or a related federal sector role.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance or equivalent government background check.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with contract management software (e.g., Deltek, SAP).
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Austin, Texas.
