Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis and design for federal clients, ensuring alignment with agency requirements and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system functionalities, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure all software development processes adhere to federal procurement guidelines and security protocols.
- Perform risk assessments and provide strategic recommendations to improve system reliability and performance.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or federal contracting.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Deep understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and ITIL framework.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
