Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the daily operations of federal facilities, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning correctly.
- Data Management: Accurately process and maintain sensitive federal data and records using established protocols.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to all federal security regulations, background check requirements, and facility access protocols.
- Customer Assistance: Provide direct support to federal employees and visitors, answering inquiries and resolving routine issues.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment, reporting shortages or needs immediately.
- Emergency Response: Participate in emergency drills and response procedures to ensure facility safety.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret security clearance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, operations, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with federal personnel.
