Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security patrols and surveillance of federal facilities during weekend shifts
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security alerts within 5 minutes
- Enforce access control protocols for personnel and vehicles
- Document security incidents and submit detailed daily reports
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security enhancements
- Maintain strict compliance with DoD security regulations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma; Associate's degree in criminal justice preferred
- Minimum 2 years security or military experience
- Ability to work Saturdays/Sundays with no overnight shifts
- Proficient in security systems (CCTV, access control)
- Pass pre-employment physical fitness assessment
- Must be available for rotating weekend schedules
