Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 security surveillance of federal facilities during weekend shifts
- Implement and maintain access control protocols for personnel and vehicles
- Respond to security incidents and emergency situations with federal protocols
- Complete detailed security reports and maintain federal compliance documentation
- Operate advanced security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Conduct regular perimeter inspections and vulnerability assessments
- Train weekend staff on security procedures and emergency response
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in security technology (CCTV, access control systems)
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays without exception
- Strong written communication for incident reporting
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Successful completion of federal background investigation
