Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols and surveillance of federal facilities in Seattle
- Operate access control systems and verify credentials of personnel/visitors
- Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to security alerts
- Enforce federal security protocols and emergency procedures
- Prepare detailed security incident reports and documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergencies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government information
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Proficiency in surveillance technology and access control systems
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
