Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with 100% accuracy and strict adherence to federal guidelines
- Manage weekend call center operations for veteran inquiries and emergency assistance
- Maintain secure electronic health records (EHR) systems in compliance with HIPAA and VA protocols
- Coordinate with federal agencies for cross-departmental case management
- Conduct weekend eligibility screenings for healthcare and disability benefits
- Generate monthly compliance reports for federal audit requirements
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance eligibility
- Minimum 2 years federal customer service experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (VISTA, CDW) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA background clearance
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 12-hour shifts)
- Knowledge of veterans' benefits programs (e.g., GI Bill, VA Healthcare)
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
