Responsibilities
- Provide critical federal services during weekend hours (Saturday/Sunday)
- Process veteran benefits applications with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate with federal agencies to ensure seamless service delivery

- Support compliance with federal regulations and security protocols

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal or VA experience
- Proficiency in veteran benefits systems (e.g., VBMS, VBA)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of federal privacy regulations (HIPAA, FERPA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
