Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefits claims with 99% accuracy using federal systems
- Coordinate weekend medical appointments and emergency response protocols
- Manage confidential veteran records per federal compliance standards
- Train weekend staff on VA policies and emergency procedures
- Submit weekly performance reports to regional headquarters
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years federal/government experience
- Proficiency in VA benefits processing systems
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday 8am-4pm)
- Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
- Strong attention to detail and HIPAA compliance knowledge
