Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person
- Maintain secure veteran medical records in VA systems

Qualifications
- US citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal/government experience
- Proficient in VA systems (Vista, VBMS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Weekend availability mandatory
