Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional weekend customer service to veterans and their families at our Atlanta facility
- Process federal benefit claims with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate with VA medical and support teams for seamless patient care
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations and security protocols
- Document all interactions accurately in federal case management systems
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat-Sun, 7am-7pm)
- Support emergency response procedures during weekend hours
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal or healthcare administration experience
- Proficiency with VA benefits systems (e.g., VBA, VISTA)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with veteran populations preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Associate degree in Public Administration or related field
