Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Operations: Oversee and execute daily administrative tasks, data entry, and document processing specifically for weekend shifts to ensure agency continuity.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance: Verify and maintain the integrity of sensitive federal records, ensuring all information complies with established government protocols and security standards.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and federal agencies during weekend coverage, escalating urgent issues immediately.
- Security Protocols: Adhere strictly to security clearance requirements, access control procedures, and privacy regulations (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Inventory & Equipment: Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and physical security measures during the shift.
- Reporting: Generate and submit weekly shift reports detailing completed tasks, time logs, and any operational anomalies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or federal contracting.
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and may require occasional evening shifts.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government case management software.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance or higher.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to strict schedules.
