Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications and claims with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate weekend patient intake and scheduling for specialized services
- Maintain secure federal databases following HIPAA and VA protocols
- Respond to veteran inquiries via secure communication channels
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of weekend case documentation
- Participate in quarterly federal compliance training sessions
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal position)
- Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA background clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7am-3pm)
- Experience with veteran or military populations preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally for document handling
