Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations for veteran services coordination
- Process critical federal documentation with 100% accuracy
- Respond to veteran inquiries via secure communication channels
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and VA protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
- Conduct quality assurance checks on weekend shift deliverables
- Prepare shift handover reports for weekday teams
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal or public sector experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability for Saturday-Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- Valid U.S. driver's license
