Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on federal equipment and facilities.
- Enforce strict security protocols and access control measures during weekend shifts.
- Log maintenance activities, inventory levels, and incident reports into the federal database.
- Respond immediately to emergency service requests and resolve technical issues within established SLAs.
- Coordinate closely with on-call federal supervisors to ensure operational continuity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and federal standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; technical certification is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, tablets, and maintenance software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
