Responsibilities
- Process DMV transactions including license renewals, registrations, and title transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Maintain accurate records using our state-of-the-art DMV software systems
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding vehicle regulations, fees, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (10-30 hours/week)
- Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
