Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transactions with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Explain complex DMV regulations and documentation requirements clearly
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state/federal data security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
