Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses along designated routes
- Sort and organize mail in sequence for efficient delivery
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain proper records
- Collect outgoing mail from mailboxes and businesses
- Provide customer service assistance with postal inquiries
- Report delivery irregularities or safety hazards to supervisors
- Maintain accurate delivery records and inventory of supplies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling money and inventory
