Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential and business addresses along assigned routes
- Sort and organize mail efficiently for timely delivery
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain route schedules
- Interact professionally with customers and handle inquiries
- Complete delivery reports and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to USPS policies and safety regulations
- Work in various weather conditions including cold temperatures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Good physical stamina for walking/standing 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Residency in Anchorage area preferred
