The Role
As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable systems that integrate advanced AI algorithms with quantum hardware. You will lead a team of elite engineers and researchers to deliver prototypes that solve complex, high-impact problems.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI and Quantum computing systems that support future-proof infrastructure.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms for quantum machine learning and optimization.
- Collaborate with data scientists and hardware engineers to integrate software solutions with quantum processors.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for high-performance computing environments.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure project milestones are met within aggressive timelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex architectural solutions.
