- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant proposals
- Mentor a global cohort of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with proven 5-year horizon planning experience
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Transdisciplinary Sciences
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Track record leading $50M+ R&D initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Advanced Futures Thinking (AFT) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least two future-critical languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish)
