Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and solution prototyping
- Analyze emerging tech risks and opportunities (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable innovation practices
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to market implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or innovation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and sustainability roadmaps
