Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy AI-driven solutions for climate resilience and space exploration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum computing applications
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Drive commercialization of biotech innovations extending human capabilities
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions
- Present disruptive innovations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Quantum Academy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with proven commercialization track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Published research in top-tier scientific journals or major tech conferences
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (FDA/FAA equivalent)
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex problem-solving
- Portfolio of disruptive innovations with measurable impact
