Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, HR leadership, or organizational development within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing hybrid work models or major organizational changes.
- Deep understanding of future technology trends (AI, automation, VR/AR in the workplace).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
