Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Future of Work, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the 2026 timeframe.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global trends in AI, automation, and remote work to anticipate future workforce needs and skill gaps.
- Change Management: Design and implement change management frameworks to facilitate seamless organizational transitions and adoption of new technologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives, department heads, and HR leadership to align the 2026 vision with broader business objectives.
- Pilot Programs: Conceptualize and manage pilot programs for emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI assistants, holographic collaboration tools) before full-scale rollout.
- Employee Experience Design: Redesign the employee lifecycle to enhance engagement, well-being, and productivity in a hybrid-first environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, or Organizational Development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain) and their potential impact on the workforce.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans and translating them into actionable operational steps.
