Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for future-proof systems, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure microservices architectures that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with immersive spatial environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Web3 integration to stay ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee system performance monitoring and optimization to ensure seamless user experiences under high load.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a proven track record in designing distributed systems.
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of Machine Learning principles, MLOps, and LLM integration strategies.
- Immersive Tech: Hands-on experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or WebXR for building immersive web experiences.
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on serverless and containerized environments (Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive technical decisions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
