- Present vision and progress to stakeholders, including board members and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation culture through incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Analyze geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on long-term strategy
- Mentor senior leadership in strategic thinking and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years at director/executive level
- Proven track record in technology foresight and market transformation
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Experience managing $50M+ innovation budgets and P&L responsibilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in strategic futurism or innovation management
